This a new behavior? I have nfield=1, ngauss=0, dotv=1. I am used to changing things like NITER using "TELL" at the command line (while doing an interactive clean). Also, I just did a test, and turning off DOTV interactively did not return the command line prompt. This means one cannot do anything else while waiting for IMAGR to finish, and one cannot return to DOTV=true or abort the task, etc.
