So far as I know, there are no special instructions.  Yosemite does not 
come with X11 so you need to install X11 from 
http://xquartz.macosforge.org/landing/
Otherwise the guide to installation from the aips web site
http://www.aips.nrao.edu/install.shtml
should be followed.  Do the "network" (binary) installation unless you 
are going to write your own aips tasks.  The binary version is much
easier to install and is faster.

You should wait until tomorrow to do the installation of aips since I 
just made a small fix to 2 essential scripts affecting the TV start up.
(If you have already installed, run $HOME/do_daily.<hostname> tomorrow 
instead.  this is the so-called MNJ.)
