The system files like the SP file and your files (the TD for example)
all require you to have write privilege on the files through the owner
or the group.  It would appear that the account you are now
using does not have that privilege.  Did you change accounts?
Type "groups" to see what groups you belong to.  Then look in your
AIPS disk 1 area "ls -la | more" to see the ownership and permissions on
your files.
