They did system work over the weekend and that left one of
our AIPS compile machines in a bad state (stale NFS handle).
So the MNJ prep failed quietly on that machine.  It has been fixed
and a MNJ run right now should get fixed versions of DBCON,
EDITR, and RFLAG.
