I am unable to get DBCON to work. No matter what data set I try, I get the following error:

DBCON1: Task DBCON  (release of 31DEC15) begins
DBCON1: New reference day is 20111116
DBCON1: I CAN ONLY HANDLE STANDARD FORMS OF STOKES AXES
DBCON1: Purports to die of UNNATURAL causes
DBCON1: char         31DEC15 TST: Cpu=       0.0  Real=       0
