Without your images (esp the FQ tables) I can't test things much.

Try: CLRNAME, CLR2NAME; CLR3NAME

APARM = 4,0.02,200

and run MODIM.  Then TRANS and FARS.  You are trying to run when you
are uncertain how to walk.  With modest RMthick values (not 1000's) I have
tested this and through FARS all is good.  Actually I made a smaller image
(100x100) and changed the component locations to be within the image.

was my model file.  FARS is slow so smaller is better.
