I sincerely doubt that thicknesses in RM of 1000's of radians/m/m make
any sense and certainly cannot be modeled in the way that the modeling
is described.   I would expect such thicknesses to destroy any polarized
signal.  Start with 0 for RM thickness.  Then maybe try 10 or 20.

There are a lot of adverbs to MODIM besides your model file that I would
have also to know before I can test anything.
