[daip] APCAL oddity with "busy" file.

I ran APCAL twice.  Before the second time, I checked that it was not 
flagged as busy.  Both times, at the end of the outputs, I see:

The opacity results look reasonable.
And the SN table is present and accounted for and looks ok in SNPLT.
