The bizarre dbg behavior suggests that the routine was
compiled without the NOOPT option.

The TRIANGLE help file was very obsolete and I have replaced it.

The scaling in CLPLT and CAPLT did some extension outwards for
extrema found from the data, but not for the user's adverbs.  Changed
the code to extend all scalings outwards rather than just the max/min
ones.  CLPLT even simply said -180 to 180 if the max/min were outside some
range and did not extend them.  That extension is needed just for
legibility and, as you say, for minor round-off taking things outside a strict 
180.0.

Tomorrow's MNJ should fix these issues.
