[daip] What is my user ID number?

Hello,

I have recently succeeded (I think) in installing AIPS on my personal 
laptop. However, when I run

aips notv tpok

after installation, as indicated in the final installation screen, I am 
asked for a 'user ID number' and password. Do I need to set these up 
separately or have I perhaps done something wrong during installation?
