1. To run the MNJ, go to your home area.  There will be a file
    named do_daily.<hostname> where <hostname> is the name 
   of your AIPS computer (or localhost if you said laptop yes).
   Just execute this file - ./do_daily.<hostname> and the MNJ will run
   and generate a report.  This will bring your 31DEC12 version up
  to date.

2. To get 31DEC14, you have to do an install - fetch the install.pl file
    see http://www.aips.nrao.edu/dec14.shtml for advice and a quick
   path to get that file into your $AIPS_ROOT directory.  Then, in that directory,
  enter     perl  install.pl  -n and answer the questions.  Since this is an
  installation in an area that already has a version, most questions can
   be answered simply by pressing the Enter key (i.e. the default will be
  what you want).  Near the end, FILAIP will ask for a password; enter
  AMANAGER.
