The last changes to XGAUS were done Feb 5, 2014.  They are
then available in 31DEC14 installed after that date or installed
before but with a MNJ run after Feb 5.  31DEC13 has most of
the new XGAUS but not the latest additions (use TV for most
everything, have an RMSLIMIT where auto-fitting returns to manual
when rms > RMSLIMIT).
