As you have figured out, all the uvw's are affected. Also as you say, running with FQCENTER=1 seems to fix the problem. However, for the VLBI data set, setting FQCENTER produces an "missing SU table" error for the LBA data set although it makes a reasonable-seeming output file. I think the "missing SU-table error happens when there are multiple IFs in the input file, I didn't get it when I tried a version of the same file which had all the IFs averaged.
