Eric,

Now I have an output question - and this may just be tweaking parameters on my part:

ISPEC outputs two columns of data in the file it generates, velocity (or frequency) and flux density

BLSUM produces a less simple to parse output file, and seems to go by channel instead of velocity.

Am I just setting parameters correctly, or is this something that could change in the BLSUM task?
