With DOFIT = x,y,z, CALIB (31DEC14; single-source uv-file) *drops* some of the visibility data from the antennas *not* selected in DOFIT.  Presumably the data from the antennas *not* selected in DOFIT should just be passed through.   I'm not sure what distinguishes the data that gets dropped - does it get a SNR for the antennas which are not fitted?

The 31DEC13 version doesn't do this and keeps all the data.
