[daip] about TVLABEL

 Dear AIPS Staffs, 

 I have a question about TVLABEL in AIPS (31DEC99).

 When I ran IMAGR with RASHIFT and DECSHIFT, the possibility 
which becomes the label in arcsec from reference pixel with  
TVLABEL (ltype = 4) is not so. The label becomes the label in 
arcsec from subimage center even if ltype = 4.

 I feel this problem is bug in AIPS. I think that re-compilation 
has only to do the program which copes with TVLABEL. 
 What programs should I compile?
 Of cource, this problem will be solved when I will install the 
newest version of AIPS. But I have no time so that I have a 
circumstance and installation may be done.
