SCMAP (31DEC14; MNJ  Jan 16):

With DOTV=1 it starts cleaning as usual, and puts the residual map on the TV with the usual
menu items, including "continue clean".  However, after the second time it puts the residual
map on the TV, the menu at least on the right hand side is different.  "Continue clean" is
no longer an option, only "check boxes".  Its not clear what "check boxes" actually does,
but there seems no further possibility to alter the clean boxes etc.

31DEC13 doesn't seem to behave the same way.

Provided one doesn't want to alter the CLEAN boxes, the output image from 31DEC14 seems to
be identical to that from 31DEC13.
