Sorry for being slow with an answer:

There is a 1.7 MHz change in the frequency used between
the 3rd and 4th segments of data and FILLM interprets that
as cause for a new FQID (not IF).  The adverb CPARM(7) in
FILLM controls its behavior.  To ignore this frequency difference
set CPARM(7) = -1000 or something negative and re-run FILLM.
