I have changed CLPLT to (1) fix the computation of closure phase
uncertainty and (2) to offer a print option (to a text file) including
the error uncertainties as well as other relevant information.

A MNJ in 31DEC14 after 10pm (our time) tonight will fetch the
revised code.
