Eric,
I am having one more odd issue with a 7 mm EVLA (2012) data set. The source flux densities are very low. Images look good (in terms of morphology). But sources that should have mJy flux have microJy flux. The primary FD and phase calibrator seemed to have appropriate FD values during calibration.
