Your message file has become corrupted - it thinks it is larger than it 
actually is and so gets into trouble.  I doubt that you need to keep 
your messages, so

     cd  to your AIPS disk 1 area
     rm  MSD002000.002\;

then start up aips for user 2 (or restart and enter 2 as user number)

I would need to see the IMHEADER and messages from CNTR and KNTR please 
for one of the cases that does not work.  By "resta 3" do you mean that 
you do the aips command RESTART and then enter 3 as the user number - or 
do you mean something else?
