You told it to process only the 1st 5 subarrays - but CALIB will attempt 
to do all subarrays (or only 1).  So of course there is a failure in 
subarray 6.  Did it delete the output SN table or is it okay?  I would 
assume that it is fine and the final error status simply reflects the 
status of the last subarray.
