If you have the TY table loaded with short intervals between records
then TYAPL will do this.  If not - grab the data set from the archive 
TODAY (asap actually - lustre starts down at 2 MDT) and run FILLM
to get a good TY table.  Copy thatto your data set and then do TYAPL.
