[daip] USUBA and GC tables.

I have a test data set with multiple subarrays. FITLD would not add NX
or CL tables, suggesting I run USUBA and INDXR. The issue in USUBA
reported recently has been fixed, so now I can follow those
instructions. Now APCAL will not run because the GC table entries have
include subarrays and there is only one row per station.

I tried using TABED to set the subarray column in the GC table to zero.
That did not help. The successful work-around was to create a new GC
table for each subarray, use TABED to edit in the corresponding subarray
number in the subarray column, and then run APCAL with specified GCVER
and SUBARRAY. I tested that, and it worked. Then you would need to run
CLCAL with SNVER and INVER set, which I assume will work, but have not
yet tried. So it is possible to do the APCAL - just a bit awkward.

The best fix would likely be to teach USUBA about subarray 0 and teach
APCAL to accept subarray zero on input. That might be a bit of a pain.
But it would at least be helpful to add a bit to the APCAL error
message to let the user know that the issue might be the subarray.
Right now, it just says there is no gain.

Cheers,

Craig
