Oh well, you would be surprised how often the answer is the SPACE file.  Sorry I didn't see the attachments, they were there.

Anyway, your DADEVS.LIST file looks fine, NETSP is not really important.  One thing I occasionally have problems with is the "-" at the beginning of the lines in the DADEVS file.  Try changing that to a "+" and see if that works.  The other problem might be the symbolic links for some reason were not set right.  Try the "+" thing first.  If that doesn't help try to use the direct paths rather than the symbolic links in the DADEVS.LIST, you don't have to do all the disks, just one or two to check.
