[daip] Fluxes from IMSTAT are incorrect

Hello,

I have loaded a CASA image cube into AIPS.  I have noticed that when using
IMSTAT to measure the rms noise in a region of the cube it gives me the
incorrect rms as measured from CASA.  In fact it seems to give me the same
rms noise for every channel in every region I select.  It also gives me the
exact same integrated flux even when I am summing over real emission. Any
idea what is going wrong here?  Using  CURVAL seems to give the correct
pixel values.
