New Ticket: SNFLG, Jump option

Probably an obvious question, but...

After running SNFLG with the jump option, a flag table is generated, presumably for baseline-times that exceed the allowed phase maximum set by dparm(1). I now expect to run CLCAL to smooth the SN table, then SPLIT. However, CLCAL doesn't seem to use flag tables. I don't want the flagged SN values to be used in the CLCAL smoothing step, so what is the normal procedure after running SNFLG?
