New Staff Reply: A possible bug in CLCOR

I am puzzled about this - I looked at the code in
CLCOR that does this correction.  The only change
made to it since 1995 was to call the oarallactic
angle routine more frequently.  The STOKES adverb
does apply to this routine - did you have it set
to something?
