New Ticket: A possible bug in CLCOR

        When reducing my VLBI data recently, I found that there might be a bug in CLCOR
for parallactic angle correction. Normall, after the parallactic angle correction, the phase
would be different between R and  L polarization for each antenna (see the attached file CLCOR_old.gif). However, when I reduced the data last week with AIPS version 31DEC12 AIPS, the phase of either R or L polarization are the same after the correction (see CLCOR_new.gif). I suspect that the old bug that I have seen before may have come back. Could you please help fix the bug if it exits. Thank you !!
