You are quite right - it did wrong things entirely when reversing
the order of rows that had to be swapped.  A fixed version will
arrive in tomorrow morning's MNJ.  By the way - there have been
a bunch of fixes to 31DEC12 (including this one) - CfA might
want to run a 31DEC12 MNJ on occasion also.
