New Staff Reply: UVAVG issues with multiple IFs

The UVAVG thing certainly does not have to do with multiple IFs
and is rather strange since UVAVG is run all the time.  The error
code says that there has been a call to UVDISK to write more Vis 
records than the maximum allowed.  There is some odd code in
UVAVG but I cannot see how that would be invoked to matter.  I
think this will require the debugger on your data with your inputs.

UVFIT has at least 2 input text files.  Perhaps something is wrong
with those adverb values or with the files' permissions.
