New Ticket: FITLD documentation

Currently, the documentation for FITLD suggests that DIGICOR should be set to 1 only for VLBA data.  For some time now, a number of other DiFX correlators have been producing FITS-IDI data files which are read by FITLD and for which DIGICOR should be set to 1 (e.g., LBA, MPIfR, etc).  Can the documentation for the DIGICOR entry in FITLD please be updated slightly to say something like "Data processed in digital correlators such as the DiFX correlator used by the VLBA are affected by a variety of phenomena that we collectively refer to as digital effects..."?
