[daip] CALIB broken?

Hi again Eric. It seems that the fix has partly worked. When I run CALIB
now, the solutions look fine, but I think that there might now be a
problem with CLCAL. If I try and apply the CL table created by CLCAL in
VPLOT (or any task I suspect) no data can be found i.e. "FOUND 0 POINTS:
NOT ENOUGH TO SELF-SCALE". As before, the first source is fine.
Interestingly, in running CLCAL, this appears to have screwed up the
original CL table as well, i.e. the one given in GAINVER.

I see this with the same data that I sent you and the symptom was that
BPASS failed because it couldn't find any data on the phase calibrator. I
do the calibration with a runfile so human error should be minimised. This
runs fine with 31DEC12, but fails with 31DEC13 in the way I describe.
