New Ticket: mystery message from JMFIT

When I run JMFIT, it reports the following:

AIPS 1: Waiting for returned adverbs
AIPS 1: Resumes
AIPS 1: SYMBOL?       FSHIFT

FSHIFT does not appear to one of the input options in JMFIT, so it is not clear where this is coming from.  Note that I am using 31DEC13.  Note also that the "AIPS NEWS" reported on start-up says that TST is 31DEC10, so I think it is out of date.
