[daip] FITLD dies trying to read eMERLIN UVFITS

I had not corrected the code in enough places - it did not forget the CQ 
error and that contaminated later functions.  The MNJ on 31DEC12 should 
at this moment fix that version.  31DEC13 will not be ready until 
tomorrow at the regularly scheduled time.
