New Ticket: CL tables with no entries for a source
I've noticed that if you set DOCALI=1 and apply a CL table which *has no entries* for a particular source, then instead of failing somehow because it has no calibration to apply, SPLIT (and likely everything else) somehow interpolates the calibration from somewhere (presumably from that for the other sources) and writes out "calibrated" data. In the case of CL tables this seems rather unsafe. If there are no entries for source X in the CL table, then likely there is no sensible calibration to apply for source X, and just interpolating is likely to produce garbled data.. I think its probably best if things would just fail in this case (ie no CL table entries
for the desired source & DOCALI=True), but there should at least be a warning to the user that the calibration applied was interpolated from that for other sources.
I just checked this behaviour in 31DEC13, I think its been around for some time.
