[daip] IRING output help

[Hayden Rampadarath]

Hi,

The IRING "OUTTEXT" Adverb gives the option to save the x and y values 
(i.e. the radius of the rings and the average flux). Is there any way to 
save the error ("sigma") values? It makes no sense to me that you cannot 
save the sigma values!
