New Staff Reply: FITLD documentation

DIGICOR starts at value 1 and even 0 is taken as "do it" so one
really has to choose not to do it (now).  Previously, it did
ignore the user on arrays not called VLBA (Walter thinks all
antenna files are written with this even when no VLBA antennas are
present!) and set DIGICOR to -1.
