What version of AIPS are you running?  These BPASS numbers are not in 
the current code which looks correct and was updated along with SETJY 
(but did not suffer from the SETJY bug).

If you think you are running 31DEc13, delete (or move) $LOAD/BPASS.EXE 
and run the MNJ.
