New Ticket: SPLIT/SPLAT

SPLIT and SPLAT (if APARM(7)=1) are reporting some confusing error messages.  
These seem to occur only when one tries to SPLIT a source where the first scan on the source has a blank CALCODE (i.e., is a dummy scan). 

Below are some sample messages. In the first case, the data contain one dummy scan followed by a single scan of the source. In the second case, the data contain three initial dummy scans, one for each of three QUAL assignments, followed by 3 source scans.
