New Staff Reply: DBCON - VLA & EVLA data - multi-epoch

Forcing changes manually is NOT what you should do.  Use
UVFIX on the older VLA data.  It will correct the coordinates
to J2000 and fix up u,v,w as well.  I do not know what is
causing DBCON to think there are 2 sources.  The names may be
different (perhaps in unprintable ways) since all bets are
off when it comes to data from CASA.  Try the UVFIX thing and
then DBCON.  If that still makes 2 sources, send me all the info
you can muster - PRTAB on FQ and SU tables (if any), IMHEADER 
outputs, etc for the 2 files.
