New Ticket: PRTUV and DPARM(7) - printing out Re and Im and screen size

There is a minor glitch with PRTUV (31DEC13), which leads me to a request for a slight
modification to UVPRT:

PRTUV behaves a little strangely wrt. to fitting things on a line with DPARM(7)=1

If I run PRTUV with DPARM 0 and DOCRT = 80 I get the expected output:

If I then change DPARM(7) to 1, to get Re,Im instead of Amp,Phas, I just get this - most of
the output lines seem to have dissppeared

Interestingly enough, if I make my terminal wider and use DOCRT=132 it works fine, so I think its screwing up on the calculation of what will fit onto the terminal line.

Related - UVPRT is mostly preferable to PRTUV, but it lacks two key things that are sometimes
very useful:

1) being able to scale visibility amplitudes, it seems like DPARM(1,4) should effect something like this but
it seems to print out the same values no matter what I put for DPARM(4).  

2) being able to print out Re,Im instead of Amp & Phase
