First, in between scans, it fills the data with rows of pure zeros which aren't really there (They are not visible in UVPLT or TVFLG). Second, for the 'last' several baselines (sometimes starting at baseline 18--19 and going through to the end, sometimes later), there are large swaths of very high amplitude fluxes which are erroneous (Again, they are not visible in UVPLT or TVFLG, and they aren't there in SPFLG if i run version 'new'). These high-flux bands usually affect a subset of all channels at all times, and curiously cross IF boundaries. Sometimes I also see high flux bands affecting a particular scan at all channels, but when i see this it's usually just on a single baseline. To be clear, I really don't think the fluxes are high here, but I think there's an error in this newest version of SPFLG---which really does load fast! I'm noticing a big difference.

You may rest assured that SPFLG did not do this for me - so I need more
information and probably your data set to to try to debug this.
