In fact, KEYIN's new test is trying to do you a favor.  There are 4 bad 
lines (T09-T12) for MK at 215 / 07:55:49 - these lines clearly have bad 
numbers in them and are in fact not parsable since there probably is 
even overlap in the insanely large values (decimals are missing).

This is a "garbage in" situation not a software failure.
