New Client Reply: Can not connect to GEMINI NASA when running VLBAEOPS

Yes, that is what I thnking of.

I tried to fix this problem this morning.
http://gemini.gsfc.nasa.gov/solve_save/usno_finals.erp still can not be
opened. But with the Google Cached, I get a snapshot of the
"usno_finals.erp". Then I copy the snapshot to a .txt file.
And VLBAEOPS works well with this snapshot file!
