New Ticket: Can not connect to GEMINI NASA when running VLBAEOPS

I tried to run VLBAEOPS yesterday(28th May, 2012), but it can not down load the file of earth rotation from GEMINI NASA as usual. Then I tried to connect GEMINI with ftp tool, but the server response:10 users already logged in. (That's very impossible because yesterday is a holiday).
Now the server is still can not be connected. I doubt the server is down.
