As Walter remarked, this is due to a change that allows for future plans
but which handles your case correctly despite the warning messages.
As for the missing data, try running FITLD with WTTHRESH set to zero.
Then examine the presence of data with PRTUV which will show data of 0
weight in case it is the data weight that is the issue...
