I have found an error where a 512-word buffer should have been and 
instead a local 16 word variable was used in initializing the pol cal 
for ORI-.  DOPOL=2,3 is checked only for the special VLBI mode not 
offered by PCAL.  That mode can be applied only to cross-hands (DOPOL=1 
or 6) or to all 4 with DOPOL=2,3,7,8.  ORI is applied to all 4 like it 
or not.

I will correct this code now and re-link lots of things.  Can you try it 
tomorrow?
