[daip] prtuv/uvprt problems

Hi,

I hope this is still the right forum for AIPS related questions.

I am running 31DEC12 AIPS, which I downloaded on Mar 9 2012.
I am trying to print visibilities to a file for further processing and 
have the following problems.

- PRTUV prints u, v, w as integers (in kl) and hence loses precision.
- UVPRT does print u, v, w with two decimals, which is fine.

But both tasks allot only 4 spaces for the phase, which means that if the 
phase is < -99, there is no longer an empty space or a separator between 
the amplitude and the phase, which makes parsing the text file very 
difficult.

I use dparm=0.

Can someone tell me if I can specify the format in some fashion, or offer 
a solution ? I need to do this for many files, and hence fixing it in AIPS 
would be easier.
