New Staff Reply: SCMAP 

I have found an easy solution - it was doing the right
thing for compressed data.  Namely, making a copy through
the UVGET package and then calling the modeling code.  I
now have it doing that for both kinds of data and the
flags are being applied properly.  I am now adding
BOXFILE, IM2PARM (autoboxing) to the inputs.

It should be ready for tomorrow's MNJ.
